The Rust Busters were formed by mutual friendship between an
Inspector and an Engineer. We realized the advantages that each brought
to the petroleum and chemical process industries. Each asked the other
questions that were not readily explained. The Inspector aked and learned
the WHY... The Engineer asked learned the HOW... resulting in a unified
approach uncommon in the industry. Our training courses reflect the same
synergy. Other companies cannot match The Rust Busters with their limited
resources and lack of hands-on-experience.
The instructors are seasoned professionals with over 50 years in the
industry. To insure accurate coverage in all diverse areas, our
instructors have outstanding credentials to develop & teach our courses.
Through participation in Toastmasters, their public speaking skills are honed. This
is important, because, not only are our instructors educated in their subject
matter, but they are also trained in the art of communication.
We believe in the old motto, “If the student didn’t learn, the
teacher didn’t teach”. We believe in the student understanding the
subject material by relating to it. Since no one instructor is the best
in all situations, we provide multiple instructors. This way, students
will learn concepts rather than memorizing material just to pass a test.
